Shipping & Returns

1.0 When will your orders be shipped?

We will usually ship your order with 24 hours after receiving your payment. On very rare occasions we may run out of stock. In this case, we will advise you as soon as possible.

2.0 How do we ship?

Goods are only shipped within New Zealand when purchased from this website. Most items are shipped via tracked post or courier. The shipping charges are variable and is calculated at the time of purchase. For International customers, we can send product via DHL, TNT or other methods. Please contact us for more information.

3.0 How long will it take?

We will do our best to get the goods to you within 3 working days Nationwide. If you have not received your goods by then, please contact us. For overseas customers an estimate of time will be provided depending on the mode of transport.

4.0 What to do if you receive damaged goods or only partial order

If your goods have arrived damaged or there are bits missing, please notify us immediately to ensure that we can make it right for you.

5.0 Returns & Repairs

We recommend when returning goods that you send the goods back in pristine condition. Where the goods are faulty we will replace them as per warranty. In this case, please obtain a Return Authorisation from us before you send the goods.
